All you have to do is call us within the 5-year period indicated on +33 1 89 62 39 75 (local call rate). Monday to Friday from 9:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.* , or send us an email via our contact form , or directly to hello@h-republic.eu.
Warranty claims must include a clear description of the defect, photos of the defect and the bed base used, and proof of purchase of the product. Failure to provide photos or an inaccurate description may delay the defect being processed under the 5-year warranty or result in it not being exercised.
After inspection of the defect by our H.REPUBLIC warranty service, it will decide whether the product is defective and whether the conditions for applying the warranty are met.
Defective products must be returned and return shipping costs will be refunded if the defect is found to be eligible for the 5-year warranty.
Any claim under this warranty must be received within 30 days of your discovery of the defect or the date on which you should reasonably have discovered the defect, and, in any event, before the end of the warranty period.
Please note that no refunds will be issued under the 5-year warranty, unlike the 90-night trial guarantee.
If the problem is covered by the warranty:
- Either your mattress or box spring is repaired or it is replaced with an equivalent product.
- The repaired or replaced product is shipped and delivered at our expense - please note that shipping can only be made to the country chosen when the mattress was initially delivered
If it is determined that your request is not covered by the warranty, the H.REPUBLIC warranty service will contact you so that you can choose between delivery of the mattress or box spring (at your expense) or its destruction (at our expense). If there is no response within 30 days, the mattress or box spring will be automatically destroyed at Maison Couleurs' expense.
